Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of IZE POS, a cloud-based point of sale and retail management platform provided by Pawrat Technologies (“IZE POS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing or using IZE POS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to operate the business you register on IZE POS.

3. Account Registration

To register a store, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

  • Store Name
  • Business Address
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

4. Free Trial

Every newly registered store receives a free thirty (30) day trial of IZE POS. At the end of the trial, an active subscription is required to continue using the platform.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

  • Subscription plans may be offered on bi-annual, annual or other billing cycles.
  • Subscription fees must be paid before the renewal date to maintain uninterrupted access.
  • Prices are shown in Nigerian naira and may change with notice. Price changes apply from your next billing cycle.
  • Unless required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

6. Account Suspension

If your subscription expires and is not renewed after the free trial or any paid subscription period, your store account may be automatically suspended. While suspended, you and your staff will not be able to access the platform until the subscription is renewed.

7. Data Deletion

If a suspended account remains unpaid for a continuous period of at least sixty (60) days after suspension, IZE POS reserves the right to permanently delete the store account and all associated data. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the business information you enter into IZE POS, including inventory, sales records, customer data and supplier data. You grant us a limited right to process this data solely to provide and improve the service.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use IZE POS for any unlawful purpose or to record unlawful transactions.
  • Attempt to access another store’s data or any part of the platform you are not authorized to use.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform, its servers or networks.
  • Reverse engineer, copy or resell the platform without our written permission.

10. Account Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account and your staff accounts. Keep login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

11. Service Availability

We work hard to keep IZE POS available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, updates and technical issues may occasionally affect access.

12. Intellectual Property

The IZE POS name, logo, software, design and content are the property of Pawrat Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your business.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IZE POS and Pawrat Technologies shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

14. Termination

You may stop using IZE POS at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the seriousness of the breach.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and become effective upon publication. Your continued use of IZE POS after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
