Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. Your 30-day trial starts without any payment details. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan to keep using IZE POS.
Is there a difference between the plans?
No, every plan includes every feature. The only difference is the billing cycle. Paying for six months or a year upfront costs less per month.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move to a longer or shorter billing cycle when your current period ends. Just let our team know.
How do I pay?
We'll send you an invoice for your chosen plan. Contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email and we'll walk you through payment.
What happens if I don't renew?
Your store account is suspended until payment is made. Data from suspended accounts is kept for at least 60 days, so you can renew and continue without losing anything.
