How does the free trial work?
Every new store gets IZE POS free for 30 days with every feature switched on. No card is required. Message us on WhatsApp to get started, and we'll help you set up. You only pay if you decide to continue.
Do I need to buy special hardware?
No. IZE POS runs in the browser on the laptop, desktop, tablet or phone you already have. You can connect a barcode scanner and a receipt printer if you want to, but you don't need them to start.
Can I manage more than one branch?
Yes. IZE POS is built for multi-branch businesses. Each branch keeps its own stock, sales and staff, and as the owner you can see and compare every branch from one account.
Can I import my existing products?
Yes. Download the template, fill it in with your products, prices and quantities, and upload it as an Excel or CSV file. We're happy to help with the import during your trial.
Is my business data safe?
Every store has its own private workspace, so no other business can see your data. Inside your store, role-based access decides what each staff member can see and do, and activity logs record who did what.
What happens when my subscription ends?
If a subscription isn't renewed, the store account is suspended until payment is made. Your data is kept for at least 60 days after suspension, so you can renew and pick up exactly where you left off.
